What is Early & Safe Return To Work?
When a worker is injured at work, the Workers Compensation ACT states that the injured worker and the employer must work together to insure the injured workers early and safe return to work.

to explain how workplaces can achieve PRIME benefits by implementing the RTW Planning Protocol requirement in Year One, to understand how to practically apply the WHSCC Policy RE-18, “Hierarchy of Return to Work and Accommodation”, to implement better RTW Plans for injured workers, and to provide a knowledge of the existing resources available
